We converted approximately 2000 sqft of lawn to a water-wise, pollinator friendly, ecological landscape using native and near native plants. The design for this project was created by Terra Gardens Global, a partner of ours, and installed by us in Spring of 2024. The lawn was removed with a sod cutter prior to planting. One of the biggest challenges of this site was the dense clay soil, which we navigated by selecting the proper plant species and incorporating a small amount of gravel and compost to increase soil porosity.
